Upon arrival at Paro International Airport, meet your guide and transfer to Thimphu, Bhutan’s capital. Stop at Tamchog Lhakhang, a sacred iron-chain bridge built by the great Buddhist master Thangtong Gyalpo.
After checking in, visit Buddha Dordenma, a massive golden statue that overlooks the Thimphu Valley, offering a peaceful setting for meditation. In the evening, enjoy a guided mindfulness session at a local monastery.

Begin the day with a visit to Tango Monastery, a center for Buddhist studies nestled in the mountains north of Thimphu. Participate in a short meditation session led by local monks.

Begin your journey to Bumthang, Bhutan’s spiritual heartland, passing through Trongsa, where you will visit the historic Trongsa Dzong, once the seat of Bhutan’s royal ancestors.
Continue along winding mountain roads, stopping to admire the views at Yotong La Pass (3,425m) before descending into Bumthang’s lush valleys.

In the afternoon, visit Jambay Lhakhang, one of Bhutan’s oldest temples, dating back to the 7th century.
Overnight in Bumthang.
Take a scenic drive back to Paro, retracing the mountainous roads that wind through Bhutan’s breathtaking landscapes.
Upon arrival, visit Kyichu Lhakhang, a sacred temple believed to be one of the 108 temples built in a single night by Tibetan King Songtsen Gampo.
Spend the evening at a peaceful eco-lodge, where you can enjoy a bonfire and reflections on your spiritual journey.

Early in the morning, embark on the iconic hike to Tiger’s Nest Monastery (Paro Taktsang), perched dramatically on a cliffside 900 meters above the valley floor.
