"Where every forest tells a story."

This nature-focused journey takes you deep into Bhutan’s pristine forests, botanical gardens, and rich biodiversity hotspots. Discover rare flora and fauna, walk through rhododendron forests, and explore Bhutan’s deep-rooted tradition of herbal medicine. This itinerary is perfect for nature lovers, wildlife enthusiasts, and anyone seeking a serene escape into Bhutan’s untouched landscapes.

The best time to visit Bhutan for rhododendron blooms and this flora-focused tour is spring (March to May). During this period:

  • Rhododendrons are in full bloom, especially in Thrumshing La National Park, Chele La Pass, Dochula Pass, and the Royal Botanical Park in Lamperi.
  • The weather is pleasant and mild, with clear skies and comfortable temperatures for trekking and outdoor exploration.
  • Birdwatching is excellent, as migratory and endemic bird species are most active in spring.

If you want to experience Bhutan’s lush forests and vibrant greenery, the monsoon season (June to August) can also be a great time, though trails may be muddy.

For a combination of rhododendron blooms and clear mountain views, April is the ideal month—offering both peak flowers and stunning Himalayan vistas.
